Requirements
- Outright Purchase
- Deposit equivalent to 25% of Purchase Price
- Unencumbered Title deed
- Agreement of Sale
- Proof of employment
- Certified / notarized copy of Work permit/citizenship
- Certified / notarized copy of valid passport and Zimbabwean ID
- Proof of residence in the country of residence (must be within 3 months)
- Bank statement (3 months) (country of residence)
- Bank stamped reference letter on the bank’s letterhead (country of residence)
- Two (2) recent passport size photographs (must be within 3 months)
- Proof of income - pay slip
- Credit report from a credit bureau in the applicant’s country.
- Opening of or confirmation that customer holds a savings / current account with ZBFH Group
- Fully completed mortgage application form with all alterations signed for
- Fully completed and signed Mortgage Protection Policy (MPP) form
- Fully completed and signed electronic statements form for the mortgage account
- Certificate of Balance if take over from another financial institution
- Certified copy of Owners’ Association Constitution (if buying in a block of flats or town houses)
- Certified copy of Notarial deed on flats (if purchase of flat or cluster unit)
- Copy of block Fire Insurance Policy (if purchase of flat)
- Proof of payment of valuation fees (1.5% of loan minimum USD250.00)
- Application fees (USD100.00)
- Building Mortgage/Equity Release/Home Improvement
- Unencumbered Title deed
- One fix and supply quotation from a registered, reputable builder / contractor or bill of quantities
- Alternatively supporting quotations for materials and labour
- Approved floor plan
- Proof of employment
- Certified / notarized copy of Work permit/citizenship
- Certified / notarized copy of valid passport and Zimbabwean ID
- Proof of residence in the country of residence (must be within 3 months)
- Bank statement (3 months) (country of residence)
- Bank stamped reference letter on the bank’s letterhead (country of residence)
- Two (2) recent passport size photographs (must be within 3 months)
- Proof of income - pay slip
- Credit report from a credit bureau in the applicant’s country.
- Proof of payment of mortgage application fees (USD$100.00 Flat)
- Proof of payment of valuation fees (min USD250.00/ 1.5% of loan)
