Jade is a development finance practitioner and a Chartered Accountant with a demonstrable understanding of corporate governance, internal controls and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has considerable emerging market experience having worked with governments, local communities and NGOs in sub-Saharan Africa – including but not limited to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Nigeria and South Africa. He is passionate about sustainable socio-economic development and previously worked with the Riversands Incubation Hub in South Africa to nurture entrepreneurs in the Diepsloot locality. He served as the Head of Finance for the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) and the Chief Finance Officer for ZB Life Assurance Limited. He brings a wealth of experience from foreign markets such as the USA and Spain hence a demonstrable ability to work in multicultural environments.
