Kangai is a TMT, Fintech and digital transformation practitioner with over 25 years of working in the technology sector, of which 13 years was spent in the telecoms in multiple African and Middle East markets. Kangai has over 15 years of executive leadership experience during which he worked in various roles as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and now hold the office of Chief Transformation Officer at ZBFH. He has held multiple board positions in Zimbabwe including ZBFH and chairing the Council of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe for 2 years. An award-winning executive, Kangai is a digital innovation enthusiast currently studying DBL with Midlands State University. He holds an EMBA from Africa University, Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Management from University of Zimbabwe, an Advanced Diploma in Company Direction (IODZ) and is a certified practitioner in the governance of enterprise technology (CGEIT) by ISACA, USA amongst other qualifications.
