Letwin is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) by profession. She is also an insurance practitioner having worked in the industry for more than 20 years. She was the Managing Director for ZB Life Assurance Limited from 2019 to 2022 before she was promoted to her current role. Letwin is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for ZB Financial Holdings Limited. During her working life she has gained vast experience in strategy formulation and implementation and financial management and reporting.
