Martha is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years-experience in strategic financial management, taxation, enterprise risk management as well as internal control and process optimization. She, is a holder of a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honors) degree from the University of South Africa and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe having qualified with Honors in 2010. She is also a holder of an Executive MBA degree from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Martha currently serves as the Finance and Administration Executive of Tobacco Processors Zimbabwe. Previously she held positions of Chief Finance Officer at Ecocash Private Limited, Chief Finance Officer Beta Holdings and Financial Controller at Econet Wireless She did her Chartered Accountancy training with Deloitte Harare from 2008 to 2012 where she also obtained international exposure through her secondment to Deloitte Canada. During her secondment, Martha was part of a core expert team that provided advisory services for the insurance giants in America and Europe, Great West life. As finance executive, she is responsible for strategic, operational and financial and administrative roles within the company. Martha currently sits on the Board of Directors for a number of companies including ZB Reinsurance(Pvt) Ltd where she also serves as Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board.
