Robert Mutakwa is the Managing Director for ZB Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited a 100% owned subsidiary of ZB Financial Holdings Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Bankers and a holder of the University of Zimbabwe Executive Development Program Diploma and an MBA Degree from Zimbabwe Open University. He has a wealth of experience in share register administration and has over 30 years of experience in this discipline. He is currently the Chairperson of the Association of Transfer Secretaries and a former non-executive director of Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited.
