We aim for the highest standards of customer service and we proactively solicit for your feedback in order to gauge how well we performing.

If you have any complaints or concerns about Qupa Microfinance or its staff members, kindly register them in the complaints register at the writing table and we will respond. You don’t have to write your name but your contacts are necessary as they enable us to fully understand your concerns as well as give you the necessary feedback.
