Services
We offer trustee and fiduciary agent services. These include:
- Incorporation of a Trust with entire control of the Trust
- Ensure wording of the Trust’s objectives are in a manner that exists to protect investors’ interests
- Receiving and keeping all subscription funds in the name of the Trust until all terms and conditions precedent to disbursement are met before passing funds to the borrower
- Maintaining custody of all collateral security pledged to investors
- Maintaining custody of all interest and capital repayments made by the borrower pending distribution to investors
- Maintaining and having sole custody of any sinking fund(s)
- Serving as sole signatories on all the Trust’s bank accounts
- Maintaining records of all the above transactions
